The Starmeroids banner: Tac, a realistic black cat with amber eyes and a small white chest patch, sits in front of a distressed red five-pointed star on a black background, beside the white brush-style words ‘The Starmeroids’.

About

The Starmeroids

The Starmeroids is an independent AI-assisted political satire and music project, first conceived in October 2025 as a way of channelling my frustration with the government, Keir Starmer and the wider state of British politics into something creative.

What began with music gradually expanded into videos, political memes, The Weekly Wally and other forms of satire.

AI is used throughout as a creative and accessibility tool, alongside human ideas, research, fact-checking, editing and final editorial decisions.

What it makes

The project now has four deliberately distinct visual identities: The Weekly Wally, Starmeroids memes, Chamber Records and music videos. They belong to the same project without being forced into one generic style.
